    0:24 看到那句「剩下沒用的葉子……」突然覺得好有喜感 😂 好簡單容易的版本~ 完全沒有什麼複雜的東西,就是很簡單的材料整理好放一起這樣子 。 不同臭味差在哪、差多少真的要自己實際試一次才會真的明白呢~ 話說港版臭豆腐是什麼樣的呢? 超級特臭版嗎?

      菜葉太容易腐敗,尤其在夏天 酵母菌激活前可能已經腐爛 不適合家庭版 反倒是地瓜莖的質感較像莧菜

    我父母是越南华侨,所以身为他们的孩子,从小到大一到夏天,必定有这道菜!❤❤❤我能吃三碗饭!!!我妈不加通菜 (除了素版)。有时后会用河虾或者鲶鱼。我妈更喜欢加绿豆芽和秋葵❤ 看见你做这个让我都流口水了,可惜现在是冬天,太冻了,材料不夠齐全,做不了😢

      撞澱粉水時,涼粉水的溫度要較高,大火 另外是澱粉的品牌也會有影響

    您是精緻的人….全部過程我大概只會過濾一開始的蘋果渣,還有百香果籽而已⋯⋯(感覺把纖維濾掉比較浪費)

      謝謝你啊~ 有纖維的話就做不到那滑順的糖果效果 也較難把控凝固的比例 那些纖維可以吃或丟廚餘機

    買的黃豆泡了十小時也不 容易蒸熟。再用煮的好像也很難熟。黃豆怎麼煮熟啊

      Tofu is thought to have originated in ancient China during the Han Dynasty The traditional production method of douhua uses edible gypsum powder(the 1st method in this video)or brine (2nd method) 5:13 to coagulate
